  • Question: Why was my credit card declined?
    • Answer: Please verify that the credit card number, expiration date, CVV number, and zip code are accurate. If it still doesn't process, please try another payment method or e-mail us at catroarstore@gmail.com.
      • Question: Where is my package? Why did I receive a partial order?
        • Answer: Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. Also, different items can be shipped from different warehouse locations. 
          • If you have not received your tracking number(s), please e-mail us at catroarstore@gmail.com
          • If you received more than 1 tracking number, that indicates your order was shipped in separate packages
          • Question: How long do I have to return, exchange, or request a refund?
            • Answer: E-mail us within 7 days of receiving your package with your name, order number, and why you are requesting a return/ exchange/ refund.
          • Question: Will you be adding new products?
